We provide catering and private chef services for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, bachelorette parties, baby showers, family reunions, and intimate dinners. Whether it's a luxury celebration or a casual gathering, we customize the experience to match your vision.

What areas do you serve?

Soflo Chefs proudly serves Miami and the surrounding South Florida area. We also travel for destination events and Airbnb/VRBO experiences. Not sure if we cover your location? Just ask—we're happy to accommodate when possible.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and larger events. For private dinners or small gatherings, two to four weeks' notice is usually sufficient. For weddings or large-scale catering, we suggest booking at least two to three months in advance.

Do you offer custom menus?

Yes! Every event is unique, and so is your menu. We collaborate with you to design a menu that fits your taste, dietary needs, and event style—whether it's a plated dinner, buffet, or interactive food station.

What is included in your catering service?

Our full-service catering includes menu planning, grocery sourcing, on-site cooking, professional service staff, plating or buffet setup, and complete cleanup. We also offer rentals and decor add-ons upon request to elevate your event even further.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Absolutely. We regularly create menus that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, and more. Let us know your preferences and restrictions—we'll ensure your guests are well taken care of without compromising on flavor.

Is there a minimum guest count or price?

For private chef experiences, we typically require a $400 minimum (not including groceries). Catering minimums may vary depending on the size and scope of the event, so feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you handle cleanup?

Yes, we do! After your event, our team takes care of all kitchen and dining area cleanup, leaving your space spotless so you can relax and enjoy the afterglow of a perfect event.

Can I hire a private chef for a vacation rental or Airbnb?

Definitely. We specialize in Airbnb chef experiences and can bring full-service dining to your vacation rental. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a week-long retreat, we make sure your meals are unforgettable.

Do you offer tastings for weddings or large events?

Yes, we offer tastings for booked clients planning weddings or large-scale events. This allows you to preview your custom menu and make any adjustments before the big day.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your event date and time. Final payment and confirmed headcount are due 7 calendar days before the event. For weddings and December events, full payment is due 30 days prior. Gratuity is not included, though an 18% service charge is applied to all attended events, covering staff and execution—no hidden labor or staffing fees.
